Takes Just 3 Easy Steps!
1. Fill out the form and donate online.
We have one simple form to fill out prior to donating. The information is needed to submit your contribution information and get you your donation receipt. Once complete click on the "Click here to complete the donation!". From there you will reach the payment page. (Must be a US citizen to make political donations. Refund only available to Minnesota residents.)
2. Get your contribution receipt in the mail.
You will receive a contribution form and receipt in the mail. Fill out this form and mail it in with the receipt to the state of Minnesota.
3. Mail the receipt and form to the state of Minnesota!
